I can not say enough good things about Jim & Sons Transmission Specialists in Cuyahoga Falls! When I got in my car one morning to go to work, the gear shift felt like a wet noodle. I stood in my driveway in total dismay. I found Jim & Sons online and decided to ask for help. They had a tow truck in my driveway in just under 20 minutes. Max, the service adviser, called me later that morning and gave me an update on my shift problem. The next morning, I received another call from Max with another update and expense report. By the afternoon, I received a call to inform me that the shift problem was fixed and I could pick up the car. As a senior citizen, I can not express enough gratitude to Jim & Sons. Your shop not only treated me fairly and professionally but with more kindness than I have ever experienced from total strangers. Strangers who cared enough to make my life safe. God answered my prayers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
